Professional Learning

The staff at St Paul's have continued to work on our school Annual Improvement Plan "Through evidence-informed, contemporary pedagogical practices, students will be engaged and demonstrate growth in their learning". 

Following on from our Staff Development Day, the staff have been modifying units of work for Mathematics. The emphasis has been on differentiating for our learners and teaching the vocabularly needed for students in Mathematics. 

Kate Thomas once again joined our Staff Meeting to reflect on the work the teachers have already completed and look towards future planning for our students. The teachers have found the process effective in developing their knowledge of the syllabus and effectively teaching the content to their students. We will continue this learning and teaching in term 4.
